ADULT EVENING Summer Session
HIP HOP (7/2-8/6) – Thursday 6:45-7:45 $110
Bring the energy and let loose in our Adult Hip Hop class! This upbeat, high-energy class focuses on learning fun choreography while building strength, coordination, and musicality. It’s a great way to improve cardio endurance, relieve stress, and boost confidence—all in a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can truly express yourself. Appropriate for all levels. 6 week session
BALLET –
Beginner: Tuesday 6/30-8/4 (8:00-9:00) $110
Intermediate: Thursday 7/2-8/6 (6:45-7:45) $110
You’ll enjoy barre work to promote good technique and posture, as well as learn variations with both classical and modern flare. Adult ballet offers a comprehensive, low-impact workout that improves posture, flexibility and strength while boosting mental clarity and self-confidence. 6 week session.
POINTE (7/2-8/6) – Thursday 8:00-8:30 $60
Must take in conjunction with Adult Intermediate Ballet. 6 week session.
TAP (7/1-8/5) – Wednesday 6:30-7:30 $110
Why take tap as an adult? This class will help improve cardiovascular health, sharpen memory, and boost confidence—all while getting a great workout and having a blast among a welcoming community of dancers. Build coordination, musicality, and timing while learning classic and contemporary tap combinations. A mix of rhythm and classic tap will be taught to accommodate advanced beginner level and up. 6 week session.
INTRO TO TAP (6/30-8/4) – Tuesday 6:45-7:45 $110
Basic introduction to tap for the adult dancer. A mix of rhythm and classic tap starting from the beginning! 6 week session
STRETCH with GENTLE FLOW YOGA (7/1-8/5) – Wednesday 7:30-8:30 $110
This 1 hour session focuses on the mindful movements of gentle flow yoga and relaxing stretches to achieve that perfect mid-week reset. Gain flexibility, reduce fatigue and relieve stress due to your everyday routine. Appropriate for all ages. 6 week session.
JAZZ (6/29-8/3) – Monday 6:45-7:45 $110
Through warm ups, floor crossings, combos and other exercises, you will improve on flexibility and technique while fine tuning musicality and style. A great class to keep you active this summer! 6 week session.
PILATES (6/30-8/4) – Tuesday 6:45-7:45 $110
Stay strong, stretched, and energized this summer with our Adult Pilates class. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment, helping you improve posture and build long, lean muscle. Perfect for all levels, this refreshing class is a great way to move, unwind, and feel your best all summer long. 6 week session.
